The reservation fee is set at CHF 20 for the entire 2025 season. This amount is considered an additional cost (extra fee) and is non-refundable, neither in case of cancellation nor in case of a no-show.

The final confirmation of the reservation will be sent solely and exclusively via email by our Staff.

Multiple bookings (meaning only one booking per family unit) are not accepted.

At check-in, you will be required to present the identification documents of all guests.
