Please note that this form is for school group bookings only.

BOOKING

Final confirmation will only be made when you receive an email from our staff. Please complete all the details requested correctly.  Applications with incomplete information will not be accepted. A deposit of CHF 300 is required to confirm your booking and will be deducted at the time of confirmation. This deposit will be charged to your account on arrival.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. If you cancel in the 7 days before arrival, the cancellation fee will be the total price of the reservation. If you do not show up, the penalty for non-show will be the total amount of the down payment.

PAYMENT

At check-in you will be asked for your reference person's documents and payment for the stay.

If you would like a Ticino ticket, please send us the first name, surname and date of birth of all participants in advance so that we can have your tickets ready for you at check-in.

Our campground is not accessible to trailers/caravans larger than 7.5 meters.

Meals

If you are interested in a breakfast/lunch/dinner package, please indicate this below. If you are interested in a bread reservation instead, please make your reservation directly in our shop the day before, no later than 16:00. The bread reservation must be paid for at the time of reservation.
